Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMESINA HALLOCK "MINA" Peacefully on June 16, 2004, Mina passed away at the Concordia Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Jerry in 1984. Mina is survived by her children, Linda (Lawrence) Koley, Jerry (Beverly), Peter (Gayle), Don, Jim (Marilyn) sisters, Jean, Toni and Isabelle; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Mina was born in Glasgow, Scotland and immigrated to Canada in 1926, settling in Grandview, MB. She married Jerry in 1941 and they resided in the west end of Winnipeg. Mina was a former member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, sporting events and bus tours with her "block buddies". Mina was a devoted wife and mother. She was very generous to others and made many friends throughout her life. The family would like to thank Dr. Taylor, Dr. Doerksen and the 3rd Floor Staff at the Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 22 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Reception and interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
