Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALICE AMMETER At the age of 87 on June 22, 2004, Alice Ammeter died at home, lovingly held in the arms of her family. Alice was born on January 12, 1917 in Karabulach, Georgia, Russia, and immigrated to Canada in 1929, settling in Starbuck, MB. Alice is survived by her son Bruno and wife Jackie, grandchildren, Michelle, Steven, Joe (Laurie) great-grandchildren, Cameron and Even, Dean (Carrie) great-grandchildren, Ashley and Aaron, daughter Janice, grandchildren, Carla (Lionel) and Paul, and their father Raymond. Also, one brother John, and three sisters, Rosaline, Mina (Doug), Edith (Don), and brother-in-law Pete Peters. Alice is predeceased by her husband Siegfried, parents Johannes & Emma, two brothers, Adolf & Ernst, five sisters, Mary, Anna, Hulda, Bertha & Martha. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday June 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Starbuck, MB, with Pastor Ron Vert officiating.
