EARL GRANVILLE LOOKER Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2004 at the General Hospital. He was predeceased by mother Ethel Looker and daughter Barbara Ann Looker. Earl is lovingly remembered by his wife Mary Looker (Carr), children Tom (Pat), Marie (Tarry) Groves, Mary Eileen (Rick) Funk, Linda (Gerald) Gardy, Nancy (Randy) Kotyk, Jim (Sophie), Susan Looker, Brian (Lori), and Ken (Leann) all of Winnipeg, MB.; sister-in-law Jean Tansley of St. Thomas ON., brothers-in-law Harry Carr of Nova Scotia, and William J. Carr of Winnipeg; also many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. He enjoyed fishing and camping. He made friends everywhere he went. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and kindness given to Earl by the staff at the Cancer Care unit. At Earls request his body has been donated to science. A memorial service will be held June 25, at 2:00 p.m. at Weston Gospel Church at 1787 Logan Ave., Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.
