RUB SHERRY Peacefully on June 23, 2004, Rub passed away at the age of 64. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Gail; daughters, Jennifer, Michelle, Angela (Ray McKenzie), Crystal, Brandy; sons, DJ and Brandon; grandsons, Kenny and Jeremy; brothers, Clint and Moe; sister Doris; mother-in-law Jessie Oliver; close friends, Bob Petit, Terry Kendel and Catherine Siller; as well as other close relatives and friends. The moment you passed away Our hearts split in two. The one side filled with memories The other died with you. We think of you in silence We often speak your name. We feel again the bitter blow That never should have been. Each morning when we wake We know you are gone. No one knows the heartache As we try to carry on. Our hearts still ache in sadness Secret tears will flow. What it meant to lose you No one will ever know. Our thoughts are always with you Your place no one can fill. In life we loved you dearly In death we love you still. "Well always love you" A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 29 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
