MARY ANNE SMITH (nee BOHM) March 25, 1938 - June 22, 2004 Anne was predeceased by her father Thomas Bohm in 1963; by her mother Mary in 1970 and her good friend Mike Robert. She is survived by her brother Tom Bohm (Louise), nephews, Tom (Marci), Glen (Buntha) and grandnieces, Malia and Malika, all of Winnipeg, MB; brother Jim Bohm (Maureen) of Langruth, MB, nephews, Ryan of White Rock, BC, Kevin of Winnipeg, niece Cheryl Rosling (Bruce) and grandniece Lauren of Gladstone, MB. She is also survived by aunts, Fina Lasson of Langruth and Alice Lasson of Portage la Prairie, MB. Anne was a member for 25 years of the Ladies Auxiliary of Comox Legion No. 160. She was employed by CIBC for many years. Anne enjoyed doing cross-stitch, crocheting and travelling - especially to Manitoba to visit her family. Anne was a very giving and loving person who will be ever remembered and sadly missed by all who knew her. According to Annes wishes, cremation has taken place. A burial service will take place on Thursday, July 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the Roman Catholic Cemetery near Langruth. For directions, please phone Tom or Louise at 222-2280.
