CONSTANCE McDOUGALL On July 3, 2004, Connie passed away in her 91st year at the Golden Links Lodge. Connie was born in Hamilton, to Judge William and Nellie McClemont. She moved back to Hamilton after the death of her husband and recently moved to Winnipeg to be with her only child. Connie is survived by her daughter Heather (Ivan Biblow) grandchildren, Darcie and Cameron (Adrienne) great-grandchildren, Dontei, Felicia, Jayden and Kyron; and by a great-great-granddaughter Tatiana. Nieces, Jane (Colin Martin) and daughter Pamela from Bermuda, Mary Lou Fullmer from Tucson, AZ; and nephew Paul Harris from Ottawa kept in contact with Mom over the years much to her delight. She was predeceased by her husband Cameron Allen McDougall on January 13, 1973. Connie lived a full and active life, enjoying many canoe trips in Northern Ontario, travelling with her husband and living in a variety of interesting places, including Morocco. She was a proud member of the United Empire Loyalists. Throughout her life she maintained a successful art career, that included teaching, art shows and going on sketching trips with A.Y. Jackson. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will be held at a later date. Our family would like to extend our sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at Golden Links Lodge who provided such kind and thoughtful care during Connies residence there.
