CATHERINE COX (nee WOLESKY) Peacefully on July 4, 2004, Catherine Cox passed away with her family at her side. Catherine is survived by her sons, Allen, Ron (Colleen), and Ken (Rennie) seven grandchildren, Mathew, Jeff, Kimberley, Karen, Steven, Jessica and Barry; her sister Mary (Bill) sister-in-law, Grace; plus nephew and nieces, Chris, Nancy and Joy. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred and her brother, Bill. Catherine was born in Winnipeg and worked for the Manitoba Government Department of Highways. She enjoyed spending time at her cottage in White Lake, plus traveled to many places around the world. Gardening, cooking and bowling were a few of her passions she excelled in. She was active for many years in the Salvation Army Missionary Group. Special thanks to the medical staff at Concordia Hospital for the compassionate care, especially Dr. Bergen. Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 9, 2:15 p.m. at Salvation Army, East Kildonan Corps, 401 Henderson Hwy. Interment will have taken place.
