MARY PAPP It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mary on July 5, 2004 at the St. Boniface Hospital with her loving husband Michael and sister Helen at her side. She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Zsuzana, Margaret (who died in infancy), Elizabeth, Margaret, Lydia; and brothers, Mike and Alex. Mary is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael and sister Helen. She will be sadly missed by her nephew Bill Nagy; niece Margaret Gulyas and her family as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. Mary was born and raised in Woodridge, MB. She was a kind and loving person who loved to entertain her family and friends. Mary enjoyed the cottage for 40 years in Ingolf, ON. She liked to travel and play cards. Mary was a member of the Hungarian United Church, volunteered with Folklorama for many years and was a member of the Hungarian Canadian Cultural Society. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hungarian United Church, 732 Ellice Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0B1.
