DENNIS ROSS LAVINEWAY It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Dennis, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, on July 5, 2004 at the age of 51 years. Dennis will be sadly missed by his wife Lori (Boucher) sons, Glenn (Tanya), Ian, Mark (Mandi) daughter Sara-Jean and grandchildren, Alyssa and Brody. Also left to mourn are his sisters, Donna (Steve), Debbie (Russell), Kim (Ian), Shannon (Darren) brothers, Murry (Dawn), Dwight (Sharon) mother and father-in-law Margaret and Lorne Boucher; sister-in-law Charlene; brother-in-law Eddie (Marion) and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dennis was predeceased by his parents Bob and Jean Lavineway. Dennis was born at Lake Audy, MB. He was raised in the Gilbert Plains, Scandinavia and Headingly areas. Dennis worked for several years as a Correctional Officer at Stony Mountain Penitentiary and Headingly Jail and was currently employed by Parks Canada at Riding Mountain National Park. Dennis enjoyed hunting, fishing, organizing the hockey pool and spending fun times with family and friends. Celebration of his life will be held at Kerrs Lake Hall (off Mountain Road Hwy.) on Saturday July 10 at 2:00 p.m.. Private interment to follow at Scandinavia Cemetery. We love you and miss you Dennis.
