JULIA HOYNE KEMP On Wednesday, July 7, 2004, Julia, beloved sister and aunt, passed away at the age of 86 years. Julia was born December 6, 1918, the daughter of Mary Janet MacDonald and Michael Hoyne. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence; and her sister Angela. Left to remember and mourn her passing is her sister Margaret Cox; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Jack and Keri and all the staff at KPCC who cared for Julia and endeavoured to make these last years as comfortable as possible for her. To those who seemed to understand and maybe even appreciate her wild and wicked ways, our gratitude. So go now, dear one, free from pain and sorrow. The pipes are calling from glen to glen and down the mountainside...Thank you, Julia, for making us laugh. Thank you for your fierceness. We will kneel and say an ave here for you. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 13 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 300 Donalda Ave. Interment to follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
