OSCAR OLSON August 30, 1910 - July 9, 2004 Peacefully on July 9, 2004 at West Park Manor, our loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Oscar Olson passed away with his family by his side. Oscar was predeceased by his beloved wife, Alma in 2000 and his precious grandchildren, Randy Aitken, Teri Aitken, Mitchell Olson and great grand daughter Stephanie Caron as well as beloved son-in-law, Norman Young. He also was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters. Dad will be lovingly remember by his six children, Shirley (Frank) Aitken, Cliff (Verla) Olson, Curt (Gloria ) Olson, Aurlie Young & fiance Paul Gagnon, Marlys (Ron) Pearse, & Sherri (Jerry) Loewen. 15 grand-children and twenty one great-grandchildren. Also survived by one brother and one sister in Norway. The family wishes to express their sincerest appreciation to the staff at West Park Manor for their loving care of our dear father. Dads funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, at 11:00 a.m. at The Trinity Lutheran Church in Starbuck, the viewing is to be held a half hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dads memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice. Pallbearers will include Grandpas grandsons.
