Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHELMA CHRISTINA TSCHABUSCHNIG Thelma was born to Gabriel and Ludmilla Tschabuschnig at Birch River, MB on December 24, 1945. Thelma was the youngest daughter of the family. She attended Birch River School, completed her secretarial course in Winnipeg, and worked for the Manitoba Government. In 1972 she left the work force and offered to preach the Gospel until 1975. Her companions were Florence Moore, Mildred Steward, Ardath Fritz, Kathleen Holland and Vera Morrow. Thelma was a quiet, loving person and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She passed away on Monday, July 5, 2004. She was predeceased by her loving parents; her only brother Gabe; and by her brother-in-law Joseph Kozak. Thelma is survived by her loving sisters, Elsie Kozak, Eleanor (Roy) Novak, Milly (Raymond) Forester, Gloria (Clare) Morrow, Edna (George) Jury; and sister-in-law Elise Tschabuschnig; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 12 at 2:00 p.m. from the Jerry Stinson Farm, Bowsman, MB, with Tom Young and Richard Knight officiating. Thelma will be laid to rest in the Crandell Cemetery, Birch River, MB following the service. Active pallbearers will be Clare Morrow, Leonard Junop, Norman Wiggins, Al Misere, Allen Dixon, and Raymond Forester. All who shared in Thelmas life are to consider themselves to be honorary pallbearers. The ushers will be Jerry Stinson and Murray Walmsley, and the memorial guest book attendants will be Morleen Wiggins, Sherlene Dixon, and Noreen Junop. The organist will be Darlene McKibben.
