Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryORVILLE ANDERSON July 10, 1957 - July 7, 2004 It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing on July 7, 2004 of Orville Anderson from Little Saskatchewan First Nation at the age of 46 years. Orville will be lovingly remembered by his wife Colleen; daughter Rebecca Sumner; step-children, Crystal and Shawna (Valentine) Sumner; special grandson James, whom he raised as his own son; grandchildren, Chassidy, Nathan, Brandon, Kerisha, Jordan, Shantel, Kendra, Maygan, Patrick, Tanner, Quinton, Blaine, Carlette, Klyona, Randy and Kesson; his dad Walter Anderson; sisters, Eileen Anderson, Alice (John) Thompson, Pearl (Leslie) Beardy, Freda (Isaac) Sinclair, Darlene Anderson (friend Irvin), and Ruby (Greg) Traverse; brother John Anderson; sisters-in-law, Elaine (Josh) Cormiere, Sharon (Joe) Woodford, Jean (Norman) Ryle and Lorna (Ivor) Traverse; brothers-in-law, Clifford, George (Dinah) Anderson, George (Viola) Sumner and Ralph (Doreen) Sumner; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties, uncles and friends. Orville was predeceased by his mother Ellen Anderson; sister Doreen Anderson; brother Orville Dean Anderson; nephew Murray Traverse; niece Joan Anderson; grandparents, Henry and Florence Anderson and John and Ida Sumner; aunties, Susan Sumner, Linda Anderson, Mary Jane Hall, Alice Woodhouse and Martha Canard; and his uncle Angus Sumner. Orville was born and raised in Little Saskatchewan. He enjoyed playing baseball, fishing with his partners, Ray and Jerry Sumner and hunting and trapping with his grandpa Henry George. He had a quiet nature, and was content with his family and what he had in life. He will always be loved and remembered. The family would like to thank the Little Saskatchewan Chief and Council and community members and the Anderson Family Funeral Home for all their help during our loss. Special thanks to his sister Eileen for her special care of our brother. Wake service will be held on Saturday, July 10 at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 11 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Little Saskatchewan Pentecostal Church with Pastor Gerald Anderson officiating.
