SELINA ELIZABETH FARTHING (nee WATTS) Selina Elizabeth Farthing nee Watts, aged 91, was born in Winnipeg on October 31, 1912 and died peacefully in Personal Care in Boissevain on July 10, 2004. Selina was predeceased by her loving husband Archie W. Farthing, sister Alma Watson of Winnipeg and brother John of California. She leaves to cherish her memory one son Arthur, wife Marilyn and grandsons, David (Dasa) and Greg (Angela and children, Andrew, Jessica and Brendan of Ottawa, ON) daughter Donna (Ernest Fraser) and granddaughters, Karen and Carla (Allan Hemmingway, children, Estina and Kaylin of Boissevain) sisters, Hilda Wood (Winnipeg) Edie Faiers (Peterboro) and sister-in-law Mary of California and their families plus nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral arrangements by Killarney Funeral Home. Service to be held Friday, July 16 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn, Winnipeg, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Baptist Sharing Way or the Gideons Bible Society.
