LEON CHRABASZCZ May 19, 1942 - July 14, 2004 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Leon Chrabaszcz at the St. Boniface Hospital. Leon is survived by Marilyn, his wife of 41 years; two brothers, Richard and Edward; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gail and Allan, Darlene and Harry, Sandra and Jerry, Punks and Arthur, Jim and Anna; nieces and nephews, Michael (godson), Christie and Shayne, Jeremy and Shawna, Aaron and Kelly, Stacey; great nieces and nephews, Destiny, Hayley, Ashliegh, Dustin, Dylan and Levi; mother and father-in-law, Lillian and Ernie Turtle; and special friend Linda. Leon also leaves his loving pets Cleo, Smudge, Spot and Mac. Cremation has taken place and as requested by Leon there will be no service held. The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the kind and thoughtful home care workers, Angie and Melanie; nurses, Jane and Denise and the nursing staff at St. Boniface Hospital. Flowers are gratefully declined. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3 or to a no kill shelter of your choice.
