TED ST. GERMAIN March 6, 1935 - July 14, 2004 It is with heavy hearts that the family and friends of Ted St. Germain announce his passing at the Health Sciences Centre. Ted is survived by his sons, Gary (Patti) and Rick Ducharme; his daughter Joanne Bilodeau (Rene) and his very dear friend and companion, Dorothy Dunsmore. He will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Jeremy, Melissa, Michelle, Venice, Ryan, Jordan, Jessica and Brenden, as well as the entire Dunsmore family - who considered him a family member. Ted faced his ordeal with cancer the same way he faced most things in life - with no self-pity, but instead, with optimism and a sense of humour which he used at every opportunity to comfort friends and family alike. When we think of Ted, well remember him for many reasons - everything from his powers of observation and the delight he took in natures many wonders, to the enjoyment he got from watching a wrestling match on television. We would like to thank the staff on GH3 for their care and assistance during Teds illness. It is very much appreciated. To honour his memory, there will be a gathering of family and friends in the lounge of the Kiwanis building at 500 Widlake St. in Transcona on Sunday, July 25 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those who so desire may make a donation to the charity of their choice.
