ARLETA MAE BRIDGWATER (nee RENZELMAN) June 15, 1942 - July 18, 2004 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Arleta Mae Bridgwater on July 18, 2004, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born June 15, 1942, Arleta was raised and attended school in Wray, Colorado. She lived in Colorado, BC and moved to Winnipeg in 1997. Arleta considered her greatest accomplishment in life to be her children, Randy, Shelley, and Todd. She enjoyed working with people and spending time with friends. Arleta is survived by her husband Bud Bridgwater; mother-in-law Marie Bridgwater; brother-in-law Robert Bridgwater (Bonnie Davies) sister-in-law Bonnie (Ernie) Haggstrom (British Columbia) her children, Randy Reisinger (Virginia) and Shelley Moore (Colorado) and their families; her brother Dennis (Barb) Renzelman and sister Venetta (Milton) Jones, their families (Colorado) and friends. Arleta was predeceased by her brother Walter "Delton" Renzelman; father Walter Conrad Renzelman; granddaughter Ashley Mae Reisinger; mother Elva Mae Renzelman and son James "Todd" Reisinger. Cremation and memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with Chaplain Ina Baas-Penner officiating. A service will follow in Colorado, where Arleta will be laid to rest with her son Todd. Arleta wanted to thank the oncology department at Victoria Hospital, the Palliative Care team, the Riverview Health Centre staff, and her special friend Monique Bourke for their supportive and attentive care.
