JULIE MARY NOLAN (1934-2004) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Julie Mary Nolan on Sunday, July 18, 2004 at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary, at the age of 69 years. Julie was predeceased by Tom her husband of 47 years and her brother Jim. Julie will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Michael (Grainne), David (Deneen), Brian (Lisa) and grandchildren, Rory, Erin, Riley, Shelby, Kennedy, Connor and Ryan. She will, also, be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Kathleen, Marie, Mary, Ann; and many nieces and nephews in Ireland and Winnipeg. Julie was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and immigrated to Canada in 1956. She lived in many places in Canada and spent many happy years in Yorkton, SK to finally settle in Winnipeg. She was a loving mother and friend to all she met. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 23, 10:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd. with Fr. Barry officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held in the church hall following the service. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Peter Lougheed Hospital for their compassion and care to Julie and the family. During her illness Julie was extremely grateful for all the heartfelt wishes and support she received from friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julies memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St, Winnipeg, MB R3G 9Z9.
