STEVE BUHA February 10, 1926 - July 11, 2004 Suddenly on Sunday, July 11, Steve passed away at Victoria General Hospital, comforted by those close to him. Left to cherish Steves memory are close friend Violet Buzan; her two daughters, Kim and Karen, and grandchildren, Nicole, Amber and Dylan; also Steves three brothers, George Buha (Toronto), Blagojic (Toronto) and Merko (Winnipeg). At Steves request cremation has taken place. Funeral Liturgy will be held at graveside on Friday, July 23 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn (Good Sheppard), 4000 Portage Ave. Family and friends are welcome. In tears we saw you sinking, We watched you fade away, You suffered much in silence. You fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, Your spirit did not bend, But still you kept on fighting Until the very end. God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be, So He put His arms around you, And whispered, "Come to Me". So when we saw you sleeping, So peaceful, free from pain. We could not wish you back, To suffer that again. You didnt deserve what you went through, So He took you home to rest. Gods garden must be beautiful, For He only takes the best.
