LORNE EDMONDSON With family at his side, on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at the Portage District General Hospital, Lorne Edmondson of Oakville, Manitoba, beloved husband of Jean Edmondson passed away at the age of 79 years. Funeral service will be held in the Knox United Church, Oakville, Manitoba on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Julie Baker officiating. Predeceased by his wife; Treva, one brother in infancy and one sister-in-law; Elsie, he leaves to mourn his passing his wife; Jean, one daughter; Patricia Dezeng, step-children; Donald (Marsha) Frohwerk, Joan (Keith) Bogue, David Hay, Mark (Marilyn) Hay and Bryan (Tannis) Hay, ten grandchildren; Kevin, Ashley, Ryan, Jackie, Donnie, Jonathan, Brett, Halley, Jessica and Rhett. Also surviving are three brothers; James, Roy (Clarice) and Mark (Vi). The family would like to thank the Doctors and nursing staff on Surgical Ward of Portage District General Hospital for their excellent care Lorne received.
