JOHN WILLIAM ROMANICK John Romanick passed away April 16, 2004. He was born May 20, 1920 in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. John was the youngest son of Peter and Tekla Romaniuk. He was predeceased by his parents; his four siblings, and by his nephew Charles Rowain. John is survived by his two loving sisters; many nieces and nephews. John will be greatly missed by all his relatives and friends. John graduated with a Batchelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg, majoring in Maths and French. He began his career with the Great West Life as an actuary. In 1949 John moved to California. He taught school for the State of California. John passed away at the Downey Regional Medical Centre in California. He was laid to rest April 20 at Rose Hill Cemetery in Whittier, CA. Travelling mercies John.
