KELLY BRENT JAMES OBIREK July 31, 1963 - July 25, 2004 It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son and brother Kelly at the Selkirk General Hospital on Sunday, July 25, 2004. He will be forever missed by his parents, Edward and Dorothy; his brothers, Darrell, Timothy and Sheldon (Christine) as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and coworkers. Kelly worked at Vita Health for several years, he enjoyed weight lifting, eating healthy and playing awesome games on his computer. He was also a very special friend to his brother Darrell whom he spent a majority of his time with. Kelly lived with his parents and would always lend a helping hand whenever needed. Kelly will also be missed by the family pets, Buddy and Pepper whom he loved dearly. Kelly We will love you and remember you forever. We know you are in Gods hands now. He will look after you until we meet again. Love your family Prayers will be said on Thursday, July 29 at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, Cooks Creek, MB. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 30 at 10:00 a.m. also in the Church with Fr. Sebastian Gacki officiating. Interment will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Kellys pallbearers will be Brian Kowalchuk, Ed Kowalchuk, James Wagner, Charlie Sitarz, Dan Klimchuk and John Obirek. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kellys memory can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St. Winnipeg, MB, R2L1X3. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
