Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL J. FOX January 4, 1988 - July 21, 2004 Tragically at the age of 16 Michael went to a world of peace and contentment. Michael came to live with us on May 17, 1994 at the age of six. With love, support and encouragement from many family members and friends he became an exceptional sketch artist with a passion for music of all types. He spent many hours playing the recorder and recently learning to play the guitar. Michael was a very private person as he lived with a constant battle with tourettes. Summers were spent at the lake where he loved to ride the waves in his kayak or his canoe. He also loved skiing and wakeboarding with his siblings and cousins. Michael liked to talk and joke around with his special friends the Johnsons, and the Laschuks. Michael won many awards for his art. Recently he designed the logo for next years Manitoba Teachers Societys convention theme "Walking in Both Worlds". Michael was accepted, loved and cherished by his foster parents, Georgette (Morin) and Laurent Lamoureux; his brother Justin and his wife Rachelle (Verrier) and his sister Celeste and her husband Shane Dilka. A celebration of Michaels life will be held on Wednesday, July 28 at 10:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Road. We would like to thank all his social workers past and present, and the great support he received at Ste. Anne Collegiate. Some gifts you hold in your hand. Some you hold in your heart What can be more special than sharing your life with someone who makes you laugh, who makes you learn, who makes you proud, with some one whom you love. We love you Michael GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin, 1-877-230-0438
