MARY KULCHYSKY (GWOZD) Mary passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2004, at the Victoria General Hospital. Mary was born and raised in Glenella. After completing high school in Glenella, she attended Dauphin Normal School for teacher training. She taught in several rural districts before coming to Winnipeg where she taught for 23 years in School Division No. 1, mainly at Wolseley and Luxton Schools. She was predeceased by her husband Ladyk Kulchysky and by her sister Anne Kurdydyk. She will be missed by her nieces, Carole and Linda Kurdydyk; nephew, Len (Leisha) Michalchuk; her dear friend Judy Gordon, and her many friends and extended family. Thanks to the nurses and staff of 5 North for their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marys memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of ones choice. A private family service will take place at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. Family and friends are invited to The Waverley, 857 Wilkes Ave., on Tuesday, August 3 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. to share remembrances of Mary.
