In 1986, Sara moved into Tabor Manor in St. Catharines and in 1993, she came home to Manitoba where she lived in Donwood Manor, in Winnipeg, until her death. She was grateful for every kindness of the staff and welcomed visitors. She became a member of the North Kildonan MB Church. Sara was predeceased by her parents, Johann and Sara Froese; her sisters, Helen Toews and Helena Klassen, and her brothers, Henry, John, Abe, Bernard and George. She is survived by two brothers, Peter (Margaret) of Winnipeg and Frank (Elsie) of Abbotsford; as well as five sisters-in-law, Lydia Froese and Anne Froese of Winnipeg, Margaret Froese of Niverville, Anne Froese and Mary Froese of Abbotsford and many nieces and nephews, particularly Eleanor Froese, her niece and special friend.
