Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHELMA BERYL COOK Thelma Cook, born on June 17, 1935 in Winnipeg, MB, passed away on July 28, 2004 at the Concordia Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. She is survived by her children, Wanda (Scott), Wayne, Douglas; grandchildren, Vannessa, Scott, Cassandra; great-grandchild Kaitlyn; numerous sisters, brother, nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethesda Church at 1350 Grant Ave.
