RITA DICRESCENZO (nee SCIOLI) It is with great sadness that Rita passed away after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, July 28, 2004. Rita leaves to mourn in passing, her loving husband Antonio; her daughter Rosa (David) Ross; her son Luigi; and grandchildren, Michael and Garrett. Rita was born on July 28, 1935 in Guardiagrele, Chieti, Italy. She came to Canada in 1960 and met Antonio and was married in Ontario. She loved the outdoors, gardening and fishing. Thank you to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, Fr. McClosky of St. Theresa Parish, Fr. Sam of Holy Rosary Parish, and Fr. Ronald Pasinato. Prayers will be said on Monday, August 2 at 7:30 p.m. in Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, August 3 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ronald Pasinato presiding at the Eucharist. Interment will follow at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
