FLORENCE LORETTA VERRY (LATOSKI) 1921 - 2004 After a brief illness, at St. Boniface Hospital, Florence Loretta Verry surrounded by loving family, left us to be with George, her husband of 52 years. Florence is survived by her children, Allan (Jacquie), Michael (Evelyn), Beth, David, Bruce (Allison) and Anne-Marie; her grandchildren, Michele (Kate), Val, David (Jeanette), Keith, Michael (Jo-Anne), Doug (Paola), Kim (Rob), Marnie (Mike), Noelle, Connor and Brandi; her great-grandchildren, Christine (Mike), Cory (Samantha), Daniel, Steven, Amanda (Ricky), Zachary, Jacob, Max, Marley and Mason. She is also survived by her brother Leo (Marion) numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many more nieces and nephews, especially Reg and Doris and Chrissy and Michael. She also will be missed by her many good friends here and in Arizona especially "The Cronies". She was predeceased by her loving husband George and her parents, Mike and Marie Latoski; her brothers and sisters, Lawrence, Juliette, Paul, Yvonne, Margeret. Mom was born and raised in Northern Ontario. Mom and Dad met in 1941 and got married in 1942 and started their family in Winnipeg. Mom was actively involved with family, friends and the community, notably the following: Archwood Community Club, St. Amant, Meals on Wheels, C.W.L and many others. Mom was happiest spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in her winter home in Mesa, AZ and her many friends there. Well miss you mom. The family wishes to extend its sincere thanks to the staff on the 6th floor, Family Medicine, the 7th floor Surgical Ward and the 8th floor Palliative Care Unit of the St. Boniface General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Palliative Care Unit. Friends may call at the Edward J. Coutu Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 3 in the evening between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass celebrating Florences life will be held on Wednesday, August 4 at 2:00 p.m. in the Holy Cross Church, 252 Dubuc St. The Coutu Family in care of arrangements: EDWARD J.
