MICHELLE HEATHER JACKSON (nee TRAVIS) December 25, 1967 - August 1, 2004 It is with broken hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our daughter, sister, mother, auntie and soon to be grandmother on August 1, 2004. Michelles spirit will live on forever in the family she leaves behind: son Devin Jackson of Medicine Hat, AB; daughter Deidra Jackson, along with soon to be grandchild of Brooks, AB; mother Donna Travis; sister Tracey Travis Gillis; brother-in-law Alan Gillis; nephews, Travis and Cody Gillis, all of Winnipeg. Friend and companion Doug Davis, also of Winnipeg. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Michelle was predeceased by her father Bert Travis and her grandfather Steve Travis; both of whom she worshipped and missed more than words can say. Michelle will be remembered for her bright smile, laughter and easy going ways. No matter where she went her presence would light up a room. In her travels she always ran into friends, old and new. She found the good in everyone, never being judgemental or untrusting. Michelle, you touched our hearts in so many ways, your memory will never fade. The black clouds have lifted and you are now at peace. You were greatly loved and will be remembered forever. You have left a mark on everyones heart that had the honour to know you. I am so very proud to have been able to call you my sister. Come as you are and bring a smile this was Michelles way. Until our paths cross again may you be surrounded with sunshine and angels. Be free. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 7 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 1531 Pembina Hwy. Flowers are gratefully declined.
