STERLING BLAIR FREEMAN LOUIE MOAR June 25, 1985 - July 31, 2004 It was with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson and cousin, Sterling on Saturday, July 31, 2004. Sterling leaves to cherish his memory, his father Larry Moar (Anita Thibert) stepfather Paul Courchene; siblings, Lorrie (Billy), Nicole (Nolan), Rence (Fabian), Bambi, Shelly (Donnie), Vera, Kevin (Francine) and Lance (Lyndale) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by maternal grandfather, Alex Twohearts and paternal grandmother, Lena Moar, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from Sagkeeng and Crane River. Sterling was predeceased by his mother, Brenda Lou Courchene; maternal grandmother, Ida Twohearts; paternal grandfather, Colin Moar; aunt Marlene Twohearts. Wake service will be held on August 4 and 5 at the Fort Alexander Roman Catholic Church, as well as on Friday, August 6 in Crane River, MB. Traditional funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Crane River Reserve Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Clinton Twohearts, Fabian Bunn, Nolan Morrisseau, Virgil Moar Jr., Donnie Racette and Chris Moar. Honorary pallbearers will be Nadine Skeet, Robert Harvey, Amanda Shaw, Joanna Boyd, Tania Bunn, Blaire Campbell, Calvin Moar, Scott Moar and Delbert Houle Jr. Funeral arrangements by: Russells Funeral Home, Beausejour, Manitoba.
