Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE STRATHERN 1934 - 2004 George Strathern (formerly of Winnipeg), passed away on August 8, 2004 at his Calgary residence, following a brief battle with cancer. He leaves his loving wife Emily; and three children, John, Cheryl, and Tom. Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 13 at 1:00 p.m., at Lutheran Church of Our Saviour, 8831 Fairmount Dr. S.E., Calgary, AB. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
