ANTONIUS (TOM) CAROLUS DOOMERNIK It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of (Tom) Antonius Carolus Doomernik at the age of 83 years on August 11, 2004 at Concordia Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his wife Jacoba; his son Walter and his wife Johanna; grandchildren, Sabrina, Leanna, Ton, Yvette; and great-grandchildren in Holland from where he came to Canada in 1953. Also his brothers, Martin and Guus Doomernik. His biggest enjoyment was fishing and hunting, summers at the lake and working around the house. Many thanks to Dr. R. Martens and the doctors and staff at ICU in Concordia Hospital for their care and support. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, August 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road. Public viewing will be from 9:30 till 10:00 a.m. A private family scattering of cremains will take place at a later date.
