Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER KIPKALO Peacefully, on August 11, 2004 Alexander Kipkalo, aged 77, passed away at the Grace Hospice. Alex was born in Slaviansk, Ukraine and immigrated to Canada in 1948. He joined the Canadian Army in 1951 until 1970 and then worked for Unicity Taxi until his retirement in 1985. He was predeceased by his wife Edith in 1986. Alex is survived by his brother-in-law Heinz Brau and his friends in Winnipeg. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 19 at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends are asked to gather at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. before proceeding to the graveside. A reception will follow in the Chapel Lawn Reception Centre.
