LUISE CHARLOTTE RICHTER 1911 - 2004 Peacefully, on August 14, 2004, our beloved mother and grandmother Luise Charlotte Richter, passed away at Park Manor Personal Care Home. Born and raised in Germany, Mother at age 68 and Dad at age 70 immigrated to Transcona in 1979, to be near their family. They had lived in Transcona since, spending their years of retirement, surrounded by family. Mother was a devoted wife and mother, who thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren, and the company of her extended family. Predeceased by her husband Max in 1997, she leaves to mourn her two sons, Walter (Elfriede), Kurt (Erna) granddaughters, Evelin, Martina (Greg), Anja (Craig), Michelle (Mike) great-grandchildren, Jennifer (Derek), Nicole (Jayson), Cierra, Justin, Steffan, Katie, Emma; great-great-grandsons, Jayden and Sam. She is also survived by her two nephews and their families, Fritz (Anne) Peukert, Heinz (Christa) Richter. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 18 at 1:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Burial to follow at the Transcona Cemetery. Should friends so desire, memorial donations made to Park Manor Personal Care Home, 301 Redonda St., Transcona would be gratefully appreciated. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
