ETHEL YOUNG Miss Ethel Young, lifetime resident of Winnipeg, peacefully passed away at Park Manor Nursing Home on Saturday, August 15, 2004. Ethel was 101 on August 6. Predeceased by her brothers, Tom and Jim; and sister Laura Durham; she is survived by her nephew Richard and his wife Donna Durham of Nova Scotia, her niece Enid Delean of Ontario, five great-nephews and nieces and one great-great-nephew. Ethel was devoted to the Boy Scouts of Canada for 50 years and held several medals. She will be buried with her parents at Brookside Cemetery, August 18. Donations may be made to your local Boy Scout Chapter. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
