Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAN CHRISTOPHERSEN It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dan Christophersen on August 14, 2004 at his home in Edmonton, AB at the age of 74. Dan was born and raised in Winnipeg and attended Greenway and General Wolfe Schools. He was a lifelong barbershopper and enjoyed entertaining and performing with his quartet "The Unbalanced Four" across Canada, the U.S. and Hawaii. A master carpenter and a skilled craftsman he could build and fix everything. He worked as a building inspector for the Alberta Government until his retirement. Dan loved golf and will be missed by his playing partner and buddy, his nephew David Palahnuk. Predeceased by brother Earl; sisters, Ella, Alice, Lily and Betty. He will be sadly missed by his wife Carol, son Mitchell and daughter Charlotte and their families; sisters, Minna Brown of Truro, NS and Enid Gillespie of Winnipeg; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Danish Lutheran Church in Edmonton on September 10.
