CURTIS LIONEL GRAPENTINE April 25, 1936 - August 17, 2004 At peace in his home, with loved ones near, our dear Curt passed to a better place. Left to mourn Curtis are his wife Elsa and her son Mathew, mother Mary Grapentine, brothers, Lorne (Lori) and Lex (Janet), sisters, Sandy (Barry) and Janice (Richard), sons, Lee and Matthew, daughters, Cara and Kristin, grandchildren, Michael, Marina, Taelan, Sophie and Luke. Curtis was predeceased by his father Lawrence. The life long friends he made during his younger days, during his baseball years, and later, by his friends and colleagues in the grain industry will sadly miss Curt. A special thank you goes to those who took such good care of Curt while he was in hospital and to those who worked so hard to bring him home in his final days. Thank you to Dr. Johnston and Erin for trying so hard. And lastly, thank you Curt, for being who you were and enriching all of our lives. We love you. Cremation has occurred and a gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date to celebrate Curts life.
