Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE WOWRYK Florence Wowryk of Shoal Lake passed away on Friday, August 20, 2004, at the Shoal Lake Strathclair Health Centre at the age of 78 years. Florence is survived by son Ken Wowryk (Ellen Maxwell) of Winnipeg; four daughters, Shirley Wowryk (Doug Young) of Shoal Lake, Diane (Larry) Lukaschuk of Shoal Lake, Barb (Renny) Hallam of Medicine Hat, AB and Darlene (Peter) Prevost of Red Deer, AB; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are three sisters, Catherine Dobrowski of Saskatoon, SK, Doris (Matt) Tkachyk of Elm Creek and Liz Patzer of East St. Paul, MB. The funeral service will be on Monday, August 23, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Helens Roman Catholic Church, Shoal Lake, with interment following in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be said Sunday evening at 8:00 p.m. Rev. Deacon Conrad Plante will officiate. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit or the Leukemia Research Fund. Raes Funeral Service of Shoal Lake and Erickson are in care of the arrangements. (204)759-2160.
