MABLE DOROTHY McRAE May 8, 1920 - August 22, 2004 Passed peacefully away surrounded by family and friends on August 22, 2004. Mable is survived by her children, Lawrence Monkman (Shirley), Charlotte Campbell (Ed), Dee Slater (Alan), Alan McRae (Leslie) and David McRae. She leaves 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and relatives in the Fisher River area. She was predeceased by her parents, Margaret and James Crate; husbands, William Monkman, Burnette McRae and George Mason; also by sons, Richard and Ross McRae and George Mason Jr. She was also predeceased by 12 brothers and three sisters. There will be a wake at Stephens Memorial Church on Thursday, August 26 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 27 at 1:00 p.m. The family wishes to thank the caring staff of the Fisher River Personal Care Home.
