Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES SPEIRS LINDSAY Jimmy passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre, August 24, 2004. Jimmy is survived by his wife Jean of 55 years; three daughters and six granddaughters, Gail Schroeder (Wayne), Heather Millar (Ken), Cheryl Trottier; Alanna, Ashley, Erica, Chantal, Christiane and Melanie all of Calgary; sister Jenny; brother-in-law Bill Pert; John Topp (Cathy) Bob Topp (Alice) and Doug. He was predeceased by son-in-law Eugene Trottier in 1999. Jimmy was born in Winnipeg October 26, 1925. He was a Second World War Veteran, serving in the Royal Winnipeg Rifles in the theatre of war in Europe. Jimmys wish was to be cremated. A graveside service will be held in the Veterans Section in Brookside Cemetery on Tuesday, August 31 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Childrens Wish Foundation, 303 - 1 Wesley Ave., Winnipeg R3C 4C6.
