OSIAS CLEMENT March 17, 1919 - August 24, 2004 Osias Clement passed away peacefully at the age of 85 years. Osias was predeceased by his parents, William and Delia (nee Bourgois) his brothers, Ulysses and Joseph; his son Paul and his grandsons, Edward and Wayne Herie. He is survived by his wife Florida (nee Desrochers) his brothers, Alphonse, Arthur and Denis; his sisters, Irma Gosselin, Florence Preteau and Blanche Bohemier; his daughters, Eva Herie, Rita Boissonneault, Paulette Schierling, Madeline Wuzinski and his sons, Richard, Armand and Claude. He leaves behind numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Ozzy was quick with a joke and to light up your smoke! He enjoyed playing the violin, as well as the accordion. He devoted much of himself to the church, attending and participating in many of the related activities throughout his life. He enjoyed the valuable support provided by his grandson Charles Boissonneault; who helped Ozzy live independently till his passing. A memorial mass will be held at the St. Boniface Cathedral, 190 de la Cathedrale Ave. at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 30 with interment to follow at St. Boniface Cemetery (located on Archibald). A reception will be held in the lower level of St. Boniface Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ozzys memory to a charity of ones choice.
