LEA PINCHUK Lea Pinchuk passed away peacefully in her home on August 26, 2004 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her husband Israel; and her brothers, Jake and Kiwa; and is survived by her children, Philip Pines (Irene), Donna-Sherry and David; her grandchildren, Elliot and Andrea; and her siblings, Eva, Dora and Usher. Lea was passionately devoted to her family whom she put above all else. She worked incredibly hard and made many sacrifices right to the end to provide for and support her family and has earned her rest. She will be deeply missed and always remembered by those she loved and who loved her. As per her wishes, a private family service will be held at graveside. The family wishes to thank Drs. A. Jayakumar, J. Gillespie, K. Boyd, the Victoria General Hospital Oncology team, and the WRHA Palliative Care team whose care and support were invaluable.
