ISIDORE COURCELLES 1937 - 2004 It is with great sadness that Isidore Courcelles passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on September 5, 2004, at the St. Boniface Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Alice (nee Carriere) and children, Yvette (Laurent), Lorraine (Tony Labossiere), Marcel (Nicole Labossiere) and Jean (Suzanne Poirier). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Brigette, Jean-Luc (Crystal), Jacqueline (their father Luc Taillefer), Dominique, Patrick, Christine, Rheal, Dean, Janique; and his precious great-granddaughter Caroline. He is also survived by sister Rachel (Lucien Laramee) and brother Ovila (Diane) and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. He was predeceased by his parents Dominique and Yvonne Courcelles; and his sister Beatrice. Isidore was a kind and honest man with a great sense of humour. He took great joy in family and music. He was known to play the fiddle at family gatherings, social events and the Festival du Voyageur. His music will continue through his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Prayers will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 11 at 9:30 a.m. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Cathedral. Private interment will take place on Monday, September 13 at 3:00 p.m. at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. "Alice would like to give a special thank-you to Father R.
