Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLIFFORD WARD January 10, 1913 - September 4, 2004 Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Cliff passed away on September 4 at Tuxedo Villa, with his step-daughters and their husbands by his side. Predeceased by his parents, three brothers and six sisters, his first wife, Frances (1967), and second wife, Edith (2003), he is survived by one son Larry, of Sunderland, ON; step-daughters, Linda (Bill) Palmer of Winnipeg, Sharon (Lyle) Chopp of Cochrane, AB; grandchildren, Jeff (Carolyn) Palmer, James (Bonnie) Palmer, Kathryn (Dave) Dangerfield, David (Jody) Chopp; two great-grandchildren, Meg and Jack Dangerfield; and many nieces and nephews. Cliff lived most of his life in Woodmore, MB, where, for many years, he operated the General Store and Post Office. He farmed in the same community for several years before moving with Edith to Silverview Estates in Winnipeg in 1996. While living in Woodmore, Cliff took an active part in church and community activities. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
