ELISE LUCILLE GUERET It is with deepest sorrow that we the family announce the passing of our dear mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother, Elise Lucille Gueret (nee Bedard) at the age of 78 years. After a lengthy courageous battle with cancer Mom passed away peacefully at the Bethesda Hospital on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 2:05 p.m. Elise will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Roger (Brenda), Gilbert (Leanna), Robert (Rose) her daughter-in-law Mary (Joe) her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and "adopted" son Joe Ruhe (Pat). She also leaves to cherish her memory one brother, Noe (Helene) Bedard; sister Louise (Peter) Dyck; sister Marie Hughes; sister Angeline Grimard; sister-in-law Marie Bedard; and many nieces and nephews. Elise was predeceased by her husband Ignace in 1995; her son Paul in 2000. The family would like to thank the nursing staff and doctors for their excellent care of Elise during her stay in the hospital. The memorial service for Elise Gueret will be held on September 11 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Joachim Roman Catholic Church in La Broquerie, with Monseigneur Albert Frechette celebrating the mass.
