JOHN J. FRIESEN John J. Friesen, aged 91 years, of Morris, and formerly of Ste. Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday September 11, 2004 at the Morris General Hospital. John leaves to mourn his passing his sister Louise Friesen of Morris, sister-in-law Agnes Friesen of Virgil, ON, as well as many cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his sister Helen and brother Julius. John was born in Russia, and came to Canada with his family in 1925. They settled at Ste. Elizabeth where John lived and farmed most of his life, moving to Morris in 1979. There will be viewing at Morris Funeral Home on Monday (today) from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Morris Fellowship Chapel on Tuesday September 14 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in the Lichtenau Cemetery.
