CLAYTON DUNCAN September 1, 1963 - September 14, 2004 Peacefully, on September 14, 2004, at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital, Clayton, at the age of 41 years, passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. Clayton was born September 1, 1963 in Portage la Prairie, MB. He was raised in Katrime, MB and Eriksdale, MB and later moved to Winnipeg where he worked for sometime. On August 27, 1988 he married Sherri Jensen and they moved to Teulon, where he worked for Kletke Seed Farm. In August 2001 he purchased what we know as C.T. Tire. Clayton did not find work a chore. He loved spending time at his shop, working long hours. During his down time at work he could be found out on the links trying to improve his golf score. During the winter months he enjoyed being out on his ski-doo. Spending time with his family and friends meant so much to him. The highlight of this summer, even though he was sick, was when they went on a trip out west. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Sherri; and nephew Jake; mother and father, Olga and Terry Duncan of Eriksdale; father-in-law Jerry Jensen of Ashern; mother-in-law Lynne Pischke of Steep Rock, MB; brothers-in-law, David Jensen (Sandy, Conor and Niall of Ottawa), Billy Jensen and daughter Brooke-Lynn of Winnipeg; grandfather Gregory Finkewich of Glenella, MB; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his stepfather-in-law David Pischke; grandfather and grandmother, Ethel and Henry Duncan; grandmother Katherine Finkewich; uncle Tony Finkewich. The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at Hunter Memorial Hospital and the Health Sciences Centre who took care of him during his illness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Room ON1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 21 at 2:00 p.m. at the Teulon-Rockwood Centennial Centre with Bill Watson officiating. Everyone in attendance is considered an honorary pallbearer. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
