FLORENCE ANNIE KOWALSKY 1943 - 2004 Following a lengthy illness, Florence peacefully passed away September 14, 2004 at Thorvalson Care Home at the age of 61 years. She was born July 31, 1943 and lived in Winnipeg all her life. Florence is survived by sisters, Gertrude Nykorak, Frances (Ron) Giese; nieces and nephews. Florence is predeceased by her parents, Otto in 1985 and Julianna in 1987 Kowalsky; sisters, Shirley in 1944 and Irma Lyndon in 2003; brothers-in-law, Jack Lyndon in 1997 and William Nykorak in 2000. The funeral service will be held Friday, September 17 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 465 Henry St., Steinbach, MB with interment at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. The family wishes to thank the Thorvalson Care Home staff for their caring service. Donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Memorial Fund.
