LARRY EDWARD EMMS April 8, 1951 - September 16, 2004 After a lengthy battle with cancer, Larry went to be with his Lord and Saviour at Riverview Health Centre. He was surrounded by the love and prayers of his family, Yvonne, Barrie, Pat and Monica. He had a gentle, sweet spirit and will be missed by his friends and neighbours and by his dog, Bentley. Larry worked for years cooking in Northern camps, and also drove road-tractors, including A-trains over winter roads. He loved nature and his home. He was unselfish, willing to help, loving and kind. We wish to express appreciation to Palliative Care, the staff and doctors at Riverview Health Centre, Dr. Leylek and Dr. Stimpson at CancerCare MB, Dr. Gooi, Rhonda Loeppky and all others who helped Larry during this time.
