Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARTHA PLUCHINSKI (nee WILWAND) 1913 - 2004 Peacefully in her sleep, Martha passed away on Monday, September 20, 2004 at the Whitemouth Nursing Home. Martha is survived by her three sons, Gerry (Darlene), Harry (Arlene) and Erwin (Kathy) grandchildren, Rick, Lynda (Christopher), Chris, Jennifer (Brent), Holly-Rae, Richard (Jodie), Ronald, Ivy and Jackie; great-grandchildren, Aaron, Jordan, Brandon, Rylynn and Ahana. She was predeceased by her parents, five older sisters and three older brothers, her husband Erhardt in 1972 and five sons, infant triplets and George and Karl. Martha was born in Tutschon, Poland on November 14, 1913 to Karl and Maria Wilwand. She married Erhardt on April 13, 1939 and after immigrating to Canada in 1947, together they managed a hobby farm in the Seven Sisters area. She enjoyed her family and her hobbies of knitting, crocheting and embroidery work and later sketching. She also loved flowers and enjoyed singing. Martha resided in Beausejour for a short while and at her son and daughter-in-laws residence in Oakbank, before moving to the Whitemouth Care Home. The family would like to express our thanks to the staff at the Whitemouth Nursing Home for their care and compassion. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 27 at 2:00 p.m. in the St. Paul Lutheran Church, River Hills, Man. with Pastor Don Engel officiating. Friends may view one hour prior to the service.
